Return Policy
You have the right to return the product you bought from our online store, free of charge and without having to tell us the reason why you want to return it, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all the money we received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs due to your choice to use a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and definitely within 14 calendar days from the day we will be informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will refund the above using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not be charged for such refunds.
Returns are accepted only if the returned product is in the same condition in which it was received, i.e. without being used, together with the document that accompanied it during the purchase.
For the right of return and withdrawal, the other provisions of the current Greek legislation apply.
In case of return due to withdrawal, the costs of sending products to the company are borne by the customer.

Product Warranties
The warranty is valid for the time specified by the manufacturer.
The warranty period is proved by the purchase document.
Repair at the time of warranty is free of charge.
The warranty does not cover damages and defects caused by
- Incorrect handling - in a way that does not conform to the manufacturer 's instructions.
- Improper storage (fall, impact, excessive vibration, dust, water, sand).
- Use of consumables not approved by the manufacturer.
- Connection to devices not approved by the manufacturer.
The warranty does not include removable parts of the device such as chargers, batteries, connecting cables or CD-ROMs and in any case does not include the parts excluded by the manufacturer in the warranty form provided.
The products travel to our company at the responsibility and expense of the sender. The return is at the responsibility and expense of technofilm (for return within Greece).
The guarantee is provided by our company only if the manufacturer's warranty form (if provided) and the purchase document are presented, which should be kept throughout the warranty period.
In case of DOA replacement (dead on arrival), the product should be returned in its original packaging, which should be complete.
